Waggle lessons
I’m getting no-where fast. I still keep pouring sprigs and saplings - not a rosetta in sight. My milk is more consistent though: velvetty, thick, full of air and expanded beautifully. But the pour - THE POUR. My pour is poor. -mish

I have been pouring the worst latte art recently. I completely 100% blame the Pura low-fat milk. But I only came here to do two things, win this competition, and pour low-fat Pura milk… Looks like I just ran out of Pura…

Bart flew in from Kuala Lumpa for a whistle-stop visit to Melbourne and to attend our first Cafe Art Challenge Showdown.  It continues to be an unpredictable and exciting competition. All bets were off as the contestants discovered that beer plays an important role in coffee making - sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse.
