At last we have a thermometer! Willo used it this morning and noted that he would normally stop heating the milk about 6-10 degrees sooner than the thermometer’s optimum range.
Bart says… That’s what I found also. Prolly another 5–7 seconds longer than the point at which your fingers can’t touch the jug for more than a couple seconds. Competition is gonna ramp up me thinks.
